Pay per answer
The overview is on the data page. This page lists the tools your agent uses to call a listed API or list its own.
A seller lists an endpoint with a response contract. Buyers' agents pay per call, and only for responses that pass.
- Every call goes through our proxy. It checks the status, latency, size, JSON schema, required fields and freshness of each response, and scans it for prompt injection, all in well under 50 ms. A failed response costs nothing. By default the agent gets the list of failed checks instead of the body, so a bad answer never reaches it.
- Payment runs through an x402 channel. The buyer deposits once, then signs a running total for each call. No single call touches the chain, and charges are claimed in batches.
- Listings are ranked by our own probes and by spot checks against a second provider.
The MCP tools are bp_api_listings and bp_api_listing to browse, bp_api_call to make a call, bp_api_call_record to see a call's verdict, and bp_api_refund to get back an unused deposit.
